: Legen Sie das Kalibrierteil ein (Sie werden dazu aufgefordert) und starten Sie die Kalibrierung.

: Bestätigen Sie mit OK.
Die Kalibrierung dauert ca. 7 Minuten. 1
: Speichern Sie die Maschinendaten.
: Verlassen Sie den SITEST.
1.5 Änderungen in SIPLACE PRO
: Tragen Sie das Koplanmodul in die Rüstung ein.
: Aktivieren Sie im Gehäuseform-Editor unter "Grundlegende Bearbeitung" den Button "Kopla-
narität".
: Geben Sie im Leiterplatten-Editor die benötigte Lotpasten-Dicke ein.

Lotpasten-Dicke: 1
Damit bei der Vermessung der Beinchen mit dem Befehl "Koplanaritätsmodul" die Lotpasten-
Dicke berücksichtigt wird, muss dieser Wert hier eingetragen werden. Damit wird sichergestellt,
dass nach der Vermessung alle Beinchen die Lotpaste erreichen und nicht als schlecht erkannt
werden. 1

2.1 Requirements
The coplanarity module can only be used with software version 505.01 incl. Patch or later. 2
With the SIPLACE HF, the new reject bin (item no.: 03003047-02) and its frame (item no.:
03003048-03) will also have to be installed. 2
From May 2004, these parts will be supplied as standard, and will thus be fitted at the factory. 2
Check whether these parts are already fitted in the machine and retrofit them if necessary. 2
