ASE SIPLACE HS-60 (special design)
2.1 Description of the functions
Installing a mechanical stopper module allows the processing area to be varied as required. The
conveyor firmware special design deactivates the light barrier in the placement area and inte-
grates the stopper module with sonar sensor. 2
The conveyor TSP firmware also takes account of the lifting table clamp for the ASE special de-
sign. 2
2.2 Requirements
2.3 Restrictions
To calibrate the conveyor edges you have to remove the stopper module, because the mini-
mum conveyor width is about 52 mm.
if you have a conveyor with pressure sensor you have to deactivate the sensor at conveyor
control TSP-301 switch S4 number 3.
Software:
SC 503.xx
