3. Vision Processing UV Lamp Replacement
Procedure
Warning
Always be sure to cut out the main power before carrying out any
work.
Remove the UV lamp by turning it and pulling it out.
Note : Do not touch the fluorescent lamp as oil from the skin may reduce its life span.

4. Replacing the Waste Tape Cutter
Point
If waste tape is not being cut properly, tape feed may jam. In such cases, replace the
waste tape cutter.
Procedure
Warning
• Confirm that the power is off before work is started.
• Exercise extreme caution when working on the machine if the cam is
not at its origin (0 deg.). Recoil of the cam axis can endanger the
operator.
Remove the cutter by unscrewing the two bolts on the moving and two bolts on the fixed
cutter. Put in a new cutter and re-tighten the two bolts.
