1 章 设备概要
1-1 前言
KE -1070/1070C/1080 KE-2070/2080 继承了以往构筑的
模块化概念所具有的灵活性,在经济性、可靠性、维护性与安全性进一步提高的贴
片机。
KE-1070/1070C 主要适用于小型芯片元件的高速贴片,可进行薄型芯片形状的元
件和小型的 QFP、CSP、BGA 的高速贴片。
KE-1080 不但具备 KE-1070 的性能,也可实现大型的 QFP CSP、BGA 等的 IC
片。
KE-1070/1070C/1080 芯片元件贴片机在 LNC60 4 个吸嘴,既维持与
KE-2070 装备同等水平的精度。
1-2 特点
高精度·高速贴片
使用激光校准传感器(LNC60)4 个吸嘴可同时识别,实现高速贴片。
KE-1070 LNC60 贴片头 4 个吸嘴构成, KE-1080 LNC60 贴片头 4 个吸嘴 +
高精度 IC 贴片头,共 5 个吸嘴构成。
各吸嘴轴的上下动作(Z )旋转动作(θ轴)采用独立的 AC 伺服马达,不受贴片模式影响,
实现了高速、高精度贴片。
为了有效地进行更短距离的高速控制,采用双马达同步控制 XY 轴。
贴片机自身具有识别贴片位置偏移、自动校正功能FCS:Flexible Calibration System,
保持交货当时的贴片精度。(选购项)
提高了节拍实效
矩阵配置的工具自动更换装置(ATC),可同时更换吸嘴。
IN/OUT 缓冲传送马达可变更为步进电机,独立控制速度。
省空间
做为逐片式贴片机,与以往的 KE-2000 系列及同等机器比较,最节省空间。
采用 Low profile(矮版设计),扩大了生产线视野。
提高了作业率
具备“不间断运行功能”当生产中前侧的元件用完时,自动切换从后侧吸取元件,并给用
完元件的送料器补充元件,无需停机。(仅 KE-1070/1080 设置选购项)
采用元件吸取位置自动示教方式(元件的纸带)既节省准备工作时间,又降低了贴片错误
率。

废品率低
由激光贴片头的激光传感密切监控元件吸取状态(一直到贴片之前瞬间)可有效防止元件
掉落。
利用真空压力破坏瞬间的自我校准功能,防止在贴片瞬间带回元件。
基板支撑部(支撑台 Support table)采用马达驱动,减轻释放基板时的振动,防止元件在贴片
后出现偏移,并缩短夹板与释放基板的时间。
可选择高密度贴片功能(选择吸取位置优先模式时)既可准确地吸取元件中心,又可避免
与毗邻的吸嘴尖端、相邻元件触碰。

轴采用□15mm 超小型的、装载约 26 万脉冲/圈的高分辩率 AC 伺服马达,实现了贴装精
度。
损失率低
带式送料器(CTF/ATF)和送料器台的吸取位置精度稳定,提高了吸取率。
② 从矩阵托盘交换器(MTC)往复穿梭式供给元件,遇有引脚弯曲等不良元件也可自动回收到原
托盘中。(仅 KE-1070/1080 设置选购项)
③可把制作元件数据过程中测量完的元件,放回到吸取的送料器中。
加强了通用性
基板尺寸,设置了 M 基板(330mm×250mm : 只限 KE-1070) 、L 基板(410mm×360mm)、E 基板
(510mm×460mm:只限 KE-1080)。
使用矩阵托盘服务器 MTSTR5SNR/TR5DNR),可在同一托盘底座上分配多个托盘(同
一元件)。(只限 KE-1070/1080)
可通过 OCC 检测不良电路的坏板标记。
使用激光校正传感器 LNC60,识别可达到 0402 ~□33.5mm 的元件。(KE-1070:0603 ~ □
33.5mm)
灵活性高
可读入 CXFXKE 系列制作的已有程序数据。
在贴片头、X-Y伺服未励磁状态下,可执行“通过传送模式”。
提高了可操作性
① 采用 Windows XP 操作系统,与操作个人电脑一致,容易掌握。
丰富的图形显示,数据的输入操作更加容易。
③ 使用触摸面板,简化了键盘操作。(选购项)
装备送料器位置指示器(FPI),生产过程中用 LED 指示灯显示“元件用完通知”、“元件剩
余量警告”,提示操作人员更换送料器。(选购项) (只限 KE-1070/1080)
使用用户国语言(日文、中文)显示,还可选择英文显示。
设置了 USB 接口,可使用 USB 存储装置。实现程序的便携移动。
