Insertion error (Neither lead detection)
DESCRIPTION
Component failed to be inserted in the target hole on the PCB (or failed to be clinched properly).
CAUSE
(1) Bent component leads.
(2) Worn pusher rubber.
(3) Worn V-cutter blade.
(4) Improperly adjusted V-cutter position.
(5) Error detected although the component was inserted properly.
(6) Worn pallet rubber.
(7) Mismatched insertion hole position and so on.
ACTION
(1) Take care not to bend leads when replacing components.
(2) Replace the pusher rubber with a new one.
(3) Replace the V-cutter blade with a new one.
(4) Check the shape of the cut leads and adjust the V-cut position.
(5) Decrease the “INS LEVEL” value in the parts data.
(6) Replace the pallet rubber with a new one.
(7) Perform hole position teaching.
SOLUTION
Take the above actions appropriately.
Close the error screen and remove the component concerned.
Refer to the pop-up guidance for the method of resuming or restarting production.

Anvil short error (left & right lead detection)
DESCRIPTION
Insertion of both leads was detected during trial where no part is supposed to be inserted.
CAUSE
Improper adjustment of clincher blade position
Dirt adhered to the inside of the clincher.
Clogged suction hose of the anvil
Contact failure in the wiring to the insertion detection box
Anvil is within the dead space at the insertion position.
Another part inserted to a position where a part has already been inserted.
SOLUTION
Readjust the clincher.
Remove the clincher and clinch base, then clean inside.
Clear the clogged hose. Dispose of any accumulated wastes inside the waste bottle.
Check for wire break and contact of the connectors.
Check the dead space.
Check the insertion position.
NOTE

Anvil short error (left lead detection)
DESCRIPTION
Insertion of left lead was detected during trial where no part is supposed to be inserted.
