Turn off the servo switch, and manually move the faulty axis. When the axis does not move smoothly, lubricate the

Move the faulty axis with a inching, and inform the manufacturer about its moving condition.

SOLUTION
Check the contents of invalid software parameter on the error screen and correct the production data or parameter

Axis motion is incomplete.
CAUSE
Movement on the axis is not completed within a specified time.
SOLUTION
Check the axis where the error occurred on the error screen and correct the production data or parameter data if
necessary. In addition, inform us of the problem.
HINT
If the error occurred with the WH axis, there may be a problem in the lead wire diameter data in the parts data
besides the parameter of the WH axis.
