LIMIT OVER
Causes:
- Nozzle is clogged, so that change of vacuum will not be
detected correctly.
- There is an unknown object that can bother the measurement.
- Surface of the measurement position is uneven.
- The target feeder or tape is not attached.
Solutions:
- Clean the nozzle.
- Check the measurement position.
- Check the condition of the target feeder and tape.

PICK HEIGHT
MEASUREMENT
ERROR
The measurement position is out of the moving range of head.
No measurable head found.
-To teach the pick height, move the feeder or parts to a position
where the head can reach.
-Use a nozzle that is selected on [Machine] - [Specification

CONDITION
ERROR
- The parts are set to be mounted.
- Do not use an x03/x14 nozzle or larger to measure a plastic
guide.
- Only 8mm or 4mm feeder is allowed.
- The nozzle is set with [Pick Height Teach] - [Nozzle Type]
checked.
- When [Pick Height Teach] - [SS Tape Guide Type] is set to "Mix",
enter a mark database number of guide recognition into [Tape
Guide Recog Mark No].
-Confirm that [Parts] - [Basic] - [Category] is not set to "Stamp".
-Confirm that the feeder is set on the measurement set position.

Feeder set
number is
overlapped
(▲1)
The board data has other parts on the same feeder set position.
Confirm that setting position is entered properly.
Change the feeder set number to avoid overlaps.
If the parts don't need to be measured, set the feeder setting
position with "0".

Parts stuck on
nozzle
(▲2)
There is a possibility that a piece of parts is stuck on a nozzle
during height measurement.
Remove the parts from the nozzle if any, then try it again.
24812
Vacuum check
error before
measurement
(▲2)
Can’t start measurement because the vacuum level is too high.
Confirm that the nozzle is not clogged.
Sometimes measurement can’t be performed with a high open
vacuum nozzle.
