during height measurement.
Remove the parts from the nozzle if any, then try it again.

Confirm that the nozzle is not clogged.
Sometimes measurement can’t be performed with a high open
vacuum nozzle.

4. Setting Method
4.1 Machine Setting
To enable this function, set [Machine] – [Specification Information] - [Pick Height Teach] to
“Use”. Then, make detail settings as necessary.

SS Tape Guide Type
Metal

Mix Select a guide type of SS feeder that is
used on the machine.
Metal: Only iron guide feeders are used.
Plastic: Only carbon guide feeders are
used.
Mix: Both iron guide and carbon guide
are used.
With ZS feeders, it works as metal
guide setting regardless of this
setting, because they use only iron
guides.

When [SS Tape Guide Type] is set to
