19 Repeat steps 14 to 18 twice. 20 Remove the excess grease around the
grease nipple.
21 Repeat steps 13 to 20 for the other grease
nipples at the gantry.
22 Clean the linear guide. 23 Clean the X scale guide. 24 Repeat steps 12 to 23 for the Y-Axis of the
other gantry.

1 Mount the grease nipple adapter X-Axis. 2 Mount the stroke limiter X-Axis 0.15 gr
side of grease gun.
3 Move the gantry to possible working area.
4 Position the hose straight onto the lubrica-
tion nipple.
5 Squeeze the grease gun one time. 6 Grease emerges at the grease nipple.

7 If NOT go to step 9. 8 If YES contact service. 9 Move the X-Axis 30 cm.
10 Repeat steps 5 to 9 twice. 11 Remove the excess grease around the
grease nipple.
12 Repeat steps 4 to 11 for other grease
nipples at the gantry.
