SCC 1000 Static Shielding Bags
This transparent, metal-in static shielding bag is designed to provide a
static safe environment for sensitive electronic devices. With over 100
stock sizes ready for same-day shipping, the 3M SCC 1000 remains the
bag of choice for IC and PCB protection. These bags are tested to meet
or exceed the electrical and physical requirements of MIL-PRF-81705
Type III, ANSI/ESD S541, EIA 625, MIL-HDBK-263, MIL-STD-1686,
and ANSI/ESD S20.20. Bags are RoHS Compliant* and lead-free**.
Features
• Faraday effect shielding by the metallized layer protects electronic
devices from ESD and electrostatic fields.
• Durability is enhanced by positioning the metal layer between
polyester and polyethylene.
• Four-layer construction offers excellent protection from
punctures and tears.
• Bags are printed with ESD Warning symbol and lot coded
for QC traceability.

SCC 1500 Static Shielding Bags
The 3M SCC 1500 bag is engineered to provide low charge retention
and rapid static decay. The proprietary top coating improves durability,
making the bag superior to other metal-out bags. The technology has
gained the bag approval by the most critical electronics and disk drive
manufacturers. This transparent, metal-out, static shielding bag provides
a static safe environment for sensitive electronic devices.
3M SCC 1500 bags are tested to meet or exceed the electrical and
physical requirements of MIL-PRF-81705D Type III, ESD S541, EIA 625,
MIL-HDBK-263, MIL-STD-1686, ANSI/ESD S20.20, and charge retention
standards. Bags are RoHS Compliant* and lead-free**.
