Description: The message enables the equipment to report the occurrence of an event
CEID, and to send any reports RPTID’s that have been defined and linked to the event.
The equipment can only send ERA for an event that is enabled.

the equipment. Note that discrete data variables will have indeterminate values.

Exception: A zero length list indicates there are no reports linked to the
specified CEID.

be linked to a CEID, therefore no CEID are required to be enabled.
