Mount/Transfer Mode
Decision Method
Contents
Auto (Default) Optimizer decides mount and transfer mode automatically.
Edit Select mount and transfer mode manually.
Current Keep current mode of the board data.
[Mount Mode] and [Transfer Mode] below is editable only when [Mount/Transfer Mode Decision
Method] is [Edit].
Mount Mode Contents
Auto (Default) Optimizer decides mount mode automatically.
Parallel Lanes Optimizer outputs the result with [Parallel Lanes].
Alternate Lanes Optimizer outputs the result with [Alternate Lanes].
Transfer Mode Contents
Auto (Default) Optimizer decides transfer mode automatically.
Synchronous Transfer Optimizer outputs the result with [Synchronous Transfer].
* When [Mount Mode] is [Alternate Lanes], asynchronous transfer
result is outputted even if this is selected.
Asynchronous Transfer Optimizer outputs the result with [Asynchronous Transfer].

Parallel Lanes Alternate Lanes
Asynchronous Transfer
The front head mounts front lane
and rear head mounts rear lane.
Front lane and rear lane are
mounted in order. While mounting
one side lane, the opposite lane
can transfer boards. This cuts
down transfer loss time.
Synchronous Transfer
The timing of start and complete
mounting are synchronized.
If one side of heads completes
mounting earlier, it helps the
other one in order to shorten
cycle time.
(This cannot be selected)
When mount mode is [Alternate
Lanes], optimizer always outputs
the result with asynchronous
transfer.
(7)Result dialog is extended.
It is extended for combined board data.
CT of each lane is displayed on [Line CT(sec)] ( Lane1 / Lane2 ).
[Cycle Time + Transfer (sec)] is displayed on trace view. It is the total time of mount and
transfer.
It is different by mount mode.
