PSE M series: Perfect for maintenance cleaning

Systems of the PSE M series are fully equipped in their basic

version and clean stencils (MV8), carriers, masks, pallets,

ESD boxes, magazines, machinery parts, lathe parts and milled

parts (MH5, MH7).

The PSE MH systems offer economy all-round systems for

nearly all requirements of maintenance cleaning from flux, oil,

dust and grease for carriers / masks ESD boxes, PCB magazi-

nes, pallets, machine parts and other small parts (for example,

turning and milling parts).

The PSE MV8 TWIN is a robust PowerSpray

system for the

cleaning of two stencils / misprint frames up to 900 x 800 mm

(35“ x 32“) in one cleaning cycle which provides excellent

cleaning results in a short cycle time (about 7 - 10 minutes).

TOOLS CLEANING - Condensation filters, machinery parts, bulk goods

All systems are serially pre-equipped by default with a

ClosedLoop re-treatment processing, provided for both the

cleaning as well as the rinsing fluid.

The model AF30P is specifically designed for industrial part-

cleaning.

In the fully automatic kolb AF20, AF30 and AF75 systems

the goods are cleaned, rinsed and dried in one single process

chamber, which is empty during the loading and is pressure

flooded with fine filtered cleaning fluid from a separate tank

through a PLC controlled process. After the goods are cleaned

with the pressure flooding AirFlow

technology, the likewise

filtered rinsing water, is pumped into the process chamber from

a separate tank. Drying is operated by a powerful HotSpeed

warm air dryer unit. All systems have a permanent skimmer

filtration for the cleaning and the rinsing circuit. The model AF30

/AF30P is pre-equipped for WPSDIU (see page 12) waste water

treatment

The process chamber of the systems can be used variably for

different requirements:

• Direct turbulence air-in-immersion cleaning in the entire pro-

cess chamber is an ideal process for the cleaning of conden-

sate filters or machine parts.

• Dip cleaning in up to five in the process chamber rotating

wire mesh baskets or in a washing drum (AF30 P) is the

perfect method to wash lathe parts, milled parts or die cast

components.

• AF75 systems which are perfectly suitable for bulk cleaning of

condensation filters also allow the cleaning of external

cyclones, containers

and oven tubings.
