Cleaning of PCBs is not only a necessary prerequisite for reliab-

le varnishing and embedding and thus consequently climatic

safety / leaking current safety. It also helps to eliminate mistakes

and thereby preserves the value of mounted PCBs and ensures

the optical quality of electronic components.

L series offers extremely fast and compact

batch cleaners with integrated process circuits for the fine

cleaning of PCB components, hybrids, SiPs, HDIs etc. becoming

The systems of the AQUBE

L series operate in a fully automatic

4step process: Cleaning, rinsing (tap water), DI-rinsing, VMH

TurboDigital evaporative drying (optionally CWA

supercharger

compression drying).

The horizontal rotor system with asynchronous pressure spray-

rotors prevents spray shadows / dead spots and cares for

thorough cleaning even of micro-dirt.

Both systems are pre-equipped for efficient water recycling and /

or disposal modules (see page 12).

MV series work in a fully auto-

matic 4Step process with a vertical rotor system with up to eight

asynchronous spray rotors. This ensures all-over and constant

spray pressure on the stencils, prevents spray shadows and

provides for the most thorough cleaning of even the finest dirt in

the smallest appertures.

MV8 sTWIN is a unique high-end dual cham-

ber PowerSpray

system for the thorough parallel or squential

cleaning of two stencils, which provides excellent cleaning results

in a short cycle time. While common systems with double capa-

city have to wait until two stencils are ready for cleaning or until

the running cleaning cycle has ended, AQUBE

MV8 sTWIN can

start cleaning one stencil immediately and a second one later

(sequential) or in parallel.
