NOTES

Whether through government regulations or taxes, or whether

through privatization and thereby commercialization the (dwind-

ling) global freshwater resources will become a more and more

valuable asset. For economical and ecological reasons it is

foreseeable that the cost of fresh water will significantly influence

the value added chain in any production where the dwindling

resource is a needed in higher amounts.

An internal rinsing water (ClosedLoop) processing cycle is inte-

grated as a standard in all kolb PowerSpray

cleaning systems

with two or more separate circuits already. Here, the rinse water

is reprocessed several times before it needs to be replaced.

Then it may be recycled for reuse in special (CrossLoop) water

management modules or processed for the discharge into the

local sewage network, which is only allowed if the contamination

is safely below legal limits.

For both technologies kolb offers innovative, cost efficient and

compact SYMBIO-modules (integrated as a framework module

at the system back) which deliver perfect results.

SYMBIO-modules increase the depth of a cleaning system by

only about 400 - 700 millimeters.
