CAUSE

Temperature in CPU box is over the reference value.

SOLUTION

Check fan moving.

DESCRIPTION

Problem occurs in safety relay.

CAUSE

Safety relay may be faulty.

SOLUTION

Power OFF and ON. Please inform us situation.

DESCRIPTION

Production data check detects an error in self diagnosis.

CAUSE

Production data has an error.

SOLUTION

Check the error item at [Data check] in [Data modification] and correct data.

PCB Recognition Error

DESCRIPTION

A PCB recognition error was detected.

CAUSE

Insertion position may be incorrect.

Part may already have been inserted.

Lighting for recognition may not be lit.

SOLUTION

Modify the insertion position to the correct coordinates.

Check the condition of the insertion position.

Check the condition of the lighting.

Momentary power failure error

DESCRIPTION

Low voltage, power failure, Momentary power failure was detected.

CAUSE

The voltage of the R-S phase or the S-T phase is lack of phase more than 24ms.

SOLUTION

Please turn off the main switch and turn on the main switch again. Please confirm the voltage of power supply when

the error occurs repeatedly.

The axis controller or servo driver may have failed.

SOLUTION

Call the Servicing Department of our company.

DESCRIPTION

Emergency stop switch is kept pressed.

CAUSE

Emergency stop signal was detected.

SOLUTION

Please pull and release the emergency stop switch.

Servo switch

DESCRIPTION

Servo switch is OFF.

CAUSE

Servo switch OFF signal was detected.

SOLUTION

Turn ON the servo switch.

DESCRIPTION

Cover is open.

CAUSE

Safety cover is left open.

SOLUTION

Close the cover.

CAUSE

Air pressure is lower than the standard value or the air is not supplied.

Feed the air at the pressure between 0.49MPa - 0.78MPa.

Enter the Data modification mode and press the data check key to confirm NG data items. And then change data.

Thermal switch for the blower has detected overcurrent.

CAUSE

Tripped thermal switch for the blower.

SOLUTION

Reset the thermal relay.

CAUSE

Servo driver alarm signal was detected.

SOLUTION

Cancel the driver error.
