Auto width power on error
DESCRIPTION
Pulse motor system is turning off.
CAUSE
Moving command was issued during pulse motor or the pulse motor driver of auto width axis was power off. The
safety cover was opening or emergency stop was input pulse motor driver and the pulse motor was cut Power
supply.
SOLUTION
Please release the safety stop condition when machine is safety stop condition. Please contact our service section if
machine is power off excluding the safety stop.
NOTE

Auto width origin return incomplete
DESCRIPTION
Before moving auto width it is necessary to return auto width origin.
CAUSE
After power on, auto width axis never return origin at all.
After cutting power of pulse motor drive or pulse motor, auto width axis never return origin at all because of the
safety stop or the emergency stop input.
SOLUTION
Please return auto width and operate it again.
Please return the auto width after releasing the safety stop and operate it again.

Auto width positioning incomplete
DESCRIPTION
Positioning command of the auto width was canceled.
CAUSE
Next positioning command was issued before positioning is complete.
SOLUTION
The operation situation is confirmed. Please contact our service section.

Auto width emergency stop input
DESCRIPTION
Emergency stop was input while auto width running.
CAUSE
The emergency stop switch (front: two/rear: three) is input.
SOLUTION
Release emergency switch and release safety condition. Then operate again after origin return.

Auto width command error
DESCRIPTION
The pulse control board detected the command error.
CAUSE
The command that the pulse control board does not have was issued.
SOLUTION
The operation situation is confirmed. Please contact our service section.

Auto width parameter error
DESCRIPTION
The pulse control board detected the parameter error.
CAUSE
The parameter against the command that the pulse control board does not have is set.
E.g.: Although the parameter has 0 and 1, 2 was set.
SOLUTION

DESCRIPTION
The communication fault with the pulse control board.
CAUSE
The communication checksum data from pulse control board is not correct.
SOLUTION
The operation situation is confirmed. Please contact our service section.

Auto width origin abnormal
DESCRIPTION
Auto width origin return was not normally completed.
CAUSE
Return-to-origin was not complete within the specified period of time.
Breakdown of origin return sensor.
SOLUTION
Please confirm whether auto width axis moves smoothly.
Please confirm whether the origin sensor correctly detects it.

Auto width + overrun error
DESCRIPTION
+ Overrun sensor for the auto width axis was activated.
CAUSE
The + overrun sensor was shaded during the movement in a positive direction.
SOLUTION
Check how the overrun sensor is attached and worked.

DESCRIPTION
- Overrun sensor for the auto width axis was activated.
CAUSE
The - overrun sensor was shaded during the movement in a negative direction.
