DESCRIPTION
Arm slowdown was not done because of the lack of the slowdown condition.
CAUSE
X or Y axis origin sensor has been turned off.
SOLUTION
It is necessary to have turned on the X and Y axis origin sensor to slowdown.

It is necessary to have turned on the transfer arm traverse limit to return arm.

Right rail belt motor timeout
DESCRIPTION
Belt motor was stopped due to timeout of the right rail belt motor.
CAUSE
PCB failed to reach the right rail outlet sensor within the prescribed time after the right rail started rotating.
(1) Misdetection by the outlet sensor
(2) Dropped PCB during transport
(3) PCB jam during transport
(4) PCB was removed during transport.
(5) Belt motor started rotating due to false detection by the inlet sensor.
SOLUTION
Check the outlet sensor.
Adjust the rail width.
Load a PCB again.
Check the inlet sensor.

Left rail belt motor timeout
DESCRIPTION
Belt motor was stopped due to timeout of the left rail belt motor.
CAUSE
PCB failed to reach the left rail outlet sensor within the prescribed time after the left rail started rotating.

DESCRIPTION
Timeout was detected during lowering process of the right rail.
CAUSE
Right rail lower limit sensor failed to turn ON within the prescribed time after the right rail started lowering.
(1) Misdetection by the lower limit sensor
(2) Malfunction of the cylinder
SOLUTION
Check the lower limit sensor.
Check the cylinder for proper operation.
