NL axis zeroing Error. Please confirm the nozzle has not fallen when you push
the beam by the hand.
When the lock of a safety door cannot be canceled, please push an emergency
stop button. (Please confirm the nozzle has not fallen when you push the beam
by the hand.) Please check error on a "MAINT-DVC CHK- MOTOR" screen.

component too hard to pickup and place. Check data.
4A0402 Nozzle Abnormality Watch
When the nozzle descended, the present location disagreement of the rotation
axis was detected.
There is a possibility that the nozzle has fallen, and confirm it in the head and the
machine, please.
