Operation

related documentation.
WARNING: Risk of splashing. Glue escapes from the adhesive gun when
the solenoid valves are triggered. Wear safety goggles. Do not program
during adhesive gun assembly.
The risk is particularly high during:
Production machine startup
Reverse mode
Manual mode
NOTE: Mode switches and potentiometers on the front of the pressure
controller will be designated alphabetically as mode switch / potentiometer
(A), (B), (C), ... beginning at the top left and moving to the right. The LEDs
are designated LED (1), LED (2), ... beginning at the top left and moving to
the right.

Settings
The pressure controller is operated with switches and potentiometers.
Their functions are described in this section.
Selecting Type of Setting (Mode Switch A)
The following parameters are set with mode switch (A):
Measurement of production machine speed
Minimum speed display
Display of minimum and maximum pressure values (in mA) for
proportional valves 1 and 2.
NOTE: All settings are also possible even if the mode switch is not moved.
However, it is advisable to turn the mode switch to the respective position;
otherwise the corresponding value will not appear in the display.
