Es887 You can't move X or Y axis,
because some nozzles exist in the shaft cleaning

Es891 You can't move X or Y axis,
because there isn't a shaft cleaning blow unit at the
bottom.
Es993 Nozzle detecting sensor on the shaft cleaning blow
unit detects something. (One shaft cleaning blow unit
exist. or two shaft cleaning blow units exist; and in
the case of a front shaft cleaning blow unit.)
Es994 Nozzle detecting sensor on the shaft cleaning blow
unit detects something. (Two shaft cleaning blow
units exist; and in the case of a rear shaft cleaning
blow unit.)
Ea7504 SHAFT CLEANING BLOW ERROR
- The designation of the blow position is out of a soft
limit range.
- The head lower-end sensor did not react with in the
fixed time, when the head downed.
- failed in nozzle exchange.
Ea7506 The machine stopped in shaft cleaning blow action
during operation.
Ea7518 The shaft cleaning blow cannot be executed
because of servo OFF or interlock error.

(Attention 1) About the "Shaft Cleaning Blow", it is not output in the each head.
In addition, about the head number, it is not output either.

3.4. Schedule Task manual operation from the Schedule Task
monitor
In a reset state, you can execute "Shaft Cleaning Blow", "Nozzle Condition Check" and
"Vacuum Check" manually on the [Monitor] – [Schedule Task] tab screen.
Even with a manual execution of Schedule Task, execution results (OK and NG) are
displayed to the Schedule Task monitor.
(Attention 1) You can execute "Nozzle Condition Check" by clicking the "Check Nozzles"
button on the [Setup] screen.
(Attention 2) You can execute "Shaft Cleaning Blow" by the "Cleaning Blow" button on the
[Unit] – [Head] tab.
(Attention 3) About the dialog screen and the operation method to execute Schedule Task by
manual operation, refer to the manual text of each model.

3.5. Update of “Schedule Task Last Date” by the Schedule Task
manual execution
When "Update with manual operation" of [Machine (VmSpec)] - [Specification Information] -
[Schedule Specification] is "ON", “Schedule Task Last Date” is updated even with a manual
operation. When the “Schedule Task Last Date” is updated, cycle calculation is restarted for
the next Schedule Task execution.
When "Update with manual operation" of [Machine (VmSpec)] - [Specification Information] -
[Schedule Specification] is "OFF", the “Schedule Task Last Date” is not updated with Schedule
Task by manual operation. “Schedule Task Last Date” is updated only when the Schedule
Task of automatic cycle is executed.
(Attention 1) Refer to "4 Setting" for the set of "Schedule Task Last Date".
