The first element in this list refers to segment 1, the
second to segment 2 and so on. If a segment was not
in use in the last pick up cycle the list for that segment
is left empty.
If the component was picked up from a feeder /HYHO
will contain -1. In the case that the component was
picked up from a tray in the waffle pack changer
7UDFN1XPEHU is set to -1. If both values are not equal
to -1 the component was picked up from a „manual
tray“.
For a detailed description of the data item see „4.2
Data Item Dictionary“.
An empty list indicates an error.
1412005 SV L NOZZLECONF2
Nozzle configuration on revolver head 2. Only valid for
SIPLACE 80S. On a SIPLACE 80F this variable will
contain an empty list.

The nozzle length is measured during the reference
run. It depends on the HEIGHTREVOLVER2 value. So
REAL_NOZZLE_LENGTH is not a absolute but a
relative value.
It is calculated by subtracting the measured distance
between the nozzle and the upper edge of the
transport belt from the HEIGHTREVOLVER1 value.
For a detailed description of the data item see „4.2
Data Item Dictionary“.
An empty list indicates an error.
1412006 SV L VACUUMDATAREV2
Vacuum measurements from the last reference run on
revolver head 2. Only valid for SIPLACE 80S. On a
SIPLACE 80F this variable will contain an empty list.

IC - Head (SIPLCAE 80 F
4
only)
1512001 SV I4 HEIGHTIC
Height of IC head. Only valid after reference run. Units
are 1/1000 mm. Only valid for SIPLACE 80F. On a
SIPLACE 80S this variable will contain 0.
During the reference run the SIPLACE measures the
distance between the upper edge of the conveyor belt
and the nozzle on the IC-Head. The HEIGHTIC is then
calculated by subtracting the length of the nozzle form
the measured value. The nozzle length is defined in
the machine data. So HEIGHTIC is a relative not an
absolute value.
A value of 0 indicates an error.
1512002 SV L GANTRYINFOIC
Gantry information for IC head . The data is
automatically reset when a PCB reaches the center
conveyor. Only valid for SIPLACE 80F. On a SIPLACE
80S this variable will contain an empty list.
