Nachrüstanleitung Option "Durchtransport"
1b. Einbau des Modul "Relais mit Selbsthaltung" im Hauptverteiler 03010004-0x.
Das Modul "Relais mit Selbsthaltung" im Hauptverteiler im unteren Freiraum
auf die Hutschiene setzen. Siehe Zeichnung links.
Die schwarze Leitung an die Klemme 29 "Software St_Ein" klemmen.
Die orange Leitung an die Klemme 27 "+24V" klemmen.
(bei belegter Klemme kann auch eine andere +24V Klemme verwendet werden)
Die weiße Leitung an die Klemme 13 "GND" klemmen.
(bei belegter Klemme kann auch eine andere GND Klemme verwendet werden)
Das Kabel mit dem Taster wird durch den Unterbau in den Bereich Druckluft
zu der Transportsteuerung geführt.
Das Kabel an vorhandene Kabel mit Kabelbindern zu befestigen.
Retrofit kit instruction Option "pass-through transport"
1b. Installation module "relay with lock" in the main distributor frame 03010004-0x.
Putting the module "relay with lock" on the top hat rail in the main distribution frame
in the lower clearance. See drawing on the left.
Clamp the black wire to the terminal of 29 "software ctrl_on".
Clamp the orange wire to the terminal of 27 "+24V".
(another +24V clamp also can be used at an occupied clamp )
Clamp the white wire to the terminal of 13 "GND".
(another GND clamp also can be used at an occupied clamp )
The cable with the push-button is led by the bottom section, into the area compressed
air, to the transport control.
Fastening the cable to available cables with cable ties. .

damit dieTransportsteuerung aus der
Halterung gezogen werden kann.

Der 8-polige Stecker wird auf die Stiftleiste X28 gesteckt.
ACHTUNG ! Der Stecker ist nicht kodiert.
Es ist unbedingt auf die richtige Steckweise zu achten.
Unten rechts an der Stiftleiste X28 ist Pin 1, daneben Pin 2.
Der Stecker ist so zu stecken, wie links im Detail dargestellt.
Die Kerbe am Stecker zeigt nach unten.

Montagehinweis:
Der auf einem Blechwinkel montierte Taster,
wird durch die hintere Öffnung in die Transport-
steuerung eingeführt und an der Bohrung montiert.
Zur Zugentlastung ist das Kabel mit Kabelbindern
an den schon vorhandenen Kabeln zu befestigen.
Klebeschild 10mm unterhalb aufkleben.

These two screws to be loosened,
so that the transport control can be
drawn from the mounting plate.
drilling D=6,5mm in the distance 15x15mm
from the corner for the push-button.
Assembling note:
The push-button installed on a sheet metal angle,
is introduced by the rear opening into the transport
control and installed at the drilling.
For strain relief the cable is to be fastened with
cable ties to the already existing cable.
The 8-pole plug is put on the connection plug board X28.
ATTENTION ! The plug is not coded.
It has absolutely to be respected in the correct way of being..
Pin 1 is at the connection plug board X28 down on the right , besides
this pin 2. The plug is slip just like represented in detail on the left.
The notch at the plug points to below.
