1.1 Inspections before Automatic Operation
1.1.1 ConrmationofPowerSupply
Conrm that the main breaker of the power supplied to the machine is turned
"ON".
•
Power Supply : 200 ± 20 V AC, 3-Phase
•
Apparent Power : Approx. 7.4 kVA
1.1.2 ConrmationofAirPressure
Conrm that the air pressure is set to the following.
•
Main Pressure : 0.45 MPa (4.6 kgf/cm
2
)
Note
The above represents the pressure specied while the machine is in the
"STOP" mode.
Min. 0.4 MPa (4.1 kgf/cm
2
) is required while the machine is running.
•
Air Blowing Pressure : 0.05 MPa (0.5 kgf/cm

)

Notice
(a) Do not change the setting of the air pressure. Otherwise, the
pneumatic devices will not work normally.
(b) Be sure to use dry and clean air. If moisture, oil, dust, etc., enter
a pneumatic device (air cylinder, etc., used in this machine), it will
result in a breakdown of the machine.
