1.14 Lage der lokalen BE-Marken
(bei zwei Marken je BE)
– Die Lokalen Bauelemente Marken müssen so angeordnet sein das alle Marken entweder im
Stopp Bereich 1, im Überlappungsbereich oder im Stopperbereich 2 liegen.
– Die Lokalem Marken müssen dabei im gleichen Bearbeitu
ngsbereich liegen wie die Bestückp-
osition (Bauelemente Zentrum).
– Wird nur eine lokale Marke je Bearbeitungsbereich verwendet so muß diese im gleichen Be-
arbeitungsbereich wie das Zentrum des Bauelements.

side wall on the right (see drawings Chapter 2.11). 2
