Read-head LED conditions:-

• Green

– Reader set-up correctly, encoder clean

and all pulses can be read.

•

Amber

– The Reader / Encoder Strip may need

cleaning, or the gap between the Read

head and Encoder strip is greater than

0.8mm.

•

Red

– Reader has failed to read encoder

pulses, servo power is disabled if this

occurs.
