2.1 Product description
The proper preventive maintenance of sleeves ensures the smooth operation of SIPLACE place-
ment equipment with respect to pick up reliability and component placement. 2
Up to now airborne dirt and dust which have accumulated over time within the sleeve are cleaned
manually with various drill bits. However, this manual cleaning procedure consumes a significant
amount of the maintenance staff’s time. 2
The SIPLACE Sleeve Cleaning Station is designed to perform the cleaning procedure in a most
systematic, easy and efficient way: 2
– simple operation, no special knowledge necessary
– reduced time of sleeve cleaning
– uniformed quality of cleaning.
