1 Installations- und Betriebsanleitung
Pinolenreinigungsstation
1.1 Produktbeschreibung
Richtige und vorbeugende Instandhaltung der Pinolen ist Voraussetzung für den einwandfreien
Betrieb der SIPLACE Bestückautomaten, was das Abholen und das Bestücken von Bauelemen-
ten anlangt. 1
Bislang wurden Luft- und Staubteilchen, die sich im Laufe der Zeit in den Pinolen angesammelt
haben, von Hand mit verschiedenen Bohrern gereinigt. Ein erheblicher Teil der Arbeitszeit des In-
standhaltungspersonals entfiel auf dieses manuell durchgeführte Reinigungsverfahren. 1
Die SIPLACE Pinolenreinigungsstation wurde entwickelt, den Reinigungsprozess möglichst sy-
stematisch, leicht und effizient durchzuführen: 1
– einfache Bedienung ohne erforderliche Spezialkenntnisse
– reduzierte Zeiten für die Pinolenreinigung
– einheitliche Qualität der Reinigung.
