1 Introduction
SIPLACE® TX machines can be equipped with a customer-specific ACT Vacuum Tooling (Soko).
Prerequisite for this is the Basic Pack Vacuum Tooling TX, to ensure the vacuum supply of the
vacuum tooling.
In the case of SIPLACE TX micron 15 μm machines, the Basic Pack Vacuum Tooling TX is in-
stalled by default from the factory. In the case of SIPLACE TX micron 20/25 µm machines, the Ba-
sic Pack Vacuum Tooling TX is not installed by default, but can be retrofitted.
This manual describes the retrofitting of the Basic Pack Vacuum Tooling TX in these machines.
The installation, activation and commissioning of the ACT vacuum toolings (Soko) are described in
the ACT Accuracy Check Tool - SW 7xx [00198363-01_UM_ACT_en - 7xx SW] User Manual.
