Mark DB Number 1-3
Input the mark data number for Feeder
MACS. The number should be registered
in the mark database.
It is used for Feeder MACS action in order
of 1, 2, and 3.
In case of mark data not using, input the
“0”. In the case of input number all “0”,
Feeder MACS is not executed.
0 - 300 0
Error Stop
When Feeder MACS is failed in auto
running. It stops machine running and
displays error message.
Use – Enabled, Not Use – Disabled

Correct Limit X(mm)
Correct Limit Y(mm)
Input the upper limit correction value of
Feeder MACS.
When Feeder MACS correction value
exceeds this input value, it does not
correct by Feeder MACS.

X - 0.3(mm)
Y - 0.3(mm)
Retry interval
Input the feeder drive count for retry to
Feeder MACS.
In the case of input the “0”, it does not retry
Feeder MACS by feeder drive count.

4. Details
4.1. Feeder MACS
4.1.1. Execution Conditions
To execute Feeder MACS, it is necessary to satisfy the following conditions.
- Satisfy the setting described at “3. Setting”
- The parts are used for placement, and the feeder is attached on the correct position.
- The target feeder type is 4mm or 8mm.
4.1.2. Execution Timing
Feeder MACS is executed on the following timing.
- During auto-running, just before a pickup action of parts which satisfy the execution
conditions.
- When the [Parts Adjust] - [Pick] button is pressed for parts which satisfy the execution
conditions.
- When the [Teach] - [Trace] button is pressed for parts which satisfy the execution
conditions.
However, Feeder MACS during auto-running is NOT executed until the following operations.
- Feeder detached or attached
- Feeder cast clamped on or off
- Power OFF
- The feeder drive count exceeds that on [Machine] - [Setting] - [Machine Data] -
[Precision] - [Pickup MACS] - [Feeder MACS] - [Retry interval], and it’s going for the
next pick action.
4.1.3. Mark data for Feeder MACS
If you upgrade your machine to the later version including this function, you need to register
the special mark data for Feeder MACS. It is in board data enclosed in the installation CD.
In machines shipped with the later version the mark data is originally registered in the mark
database.
Board data for Feeder MACS is below.
[PCBDATA] - [(Each machine folder)] - [No1] - [PickUpMACS_DATA.ygx]
