8. Using a 2mm Allen key, loosen the two grub screws that secure the right
hand pulley to the drive shaft.
9. Repeat for the left hand pulley.
10. The pulleys must be aligned to the belt clamp position and the measurement
for the belt pulley is referenced from the centre of the pulley in Position 1.
11. Using a steel rule and measuring from the top of the belt on the pulley in
Position 1, use the table below to position the centre of the right hand pulley.
12. Tighten the two pulley grub screws.
13. Repeat Steps 11 and 12 for the left hand pulley.
14. Hook the belt over the left and right hand pulleys.
15. Repeat this procedure for any other belts that require repositioning.

Home Position
The home position is a datum for the software to use as a start point and is not
a critical position. The home vane should be fixed centrally to the two fixing
screws that secure it.

REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES
Transport Carriage
Belts
To replace one of the transport carriage belts, use the following procedure:
1. Remove the product reel from the machine.
2. Using a 3mm Allen key, loosen the four belt clamp securing screws (two on
the right hand side of the inner transport vacuum plate and two on the left
hand side).
3. Remove the transport belt, taking note how the belt is fitted in the clamp.
NOTE
If the transport carriage belt is broken, remove any debris from the machine.
