► Move the WPC into the transport position.
► Switch the WPC off at the main switch.
► (1) Clean the linear guide of the feed axis by means
of a lint-free cloth an ethyl alcohol.

oil gets on the toothed belt.
Cover the toothed belt (2) of the feed axis with a lint-free
cloth (1).
► Spray "INTERFLON Fin Lube TF" thinly on the
accessible area of the feed axis (1).
► In order to get a better access for cleaning or
greasing the linear guide you can move the driver by
hand.
► Wipe any residual oil away with a lint-free cloth.
► Switch the WPC on at the main switch and perform a
reference run.
► Start a short continuous run of the feed axis to
distribute the oil evenly.
► If necessary, use a lint-free cloth to remove any
residual oil that has dropped down from the feed axis.
