E691008 “Command sequence error occurred in flush memory control”
[Cause] An error occurred while checking the status after a command to flush memory
was issued.
A command sequence error occurred.
• Flush memory is broken.
[Treatment] • Please turn off the power supply and re-boot your machine.
• If the error occurs even after the re-boot, there is a possibility that the Safety
board is broken. Please contact our technical service dept. for information.

[Cause] An assemblage position offset of a measured head exceeded the limit value. The

[Cause] The axis has not yet been returned to home.
[Treatment] Please perform the Return to home with ORIGIN switch.
E906022, “Servo is in the free state”
[Cause] The axis could not move since the servo is not locked.
[Treatment] Please lock the servo with S-FREE switch.
E906031 “Selected device is not install. Please reselect other device on HOD”
[Cause] You could not go into the teaching mode since the device selected by HOD has

machine has VCS, please set the VCS to “Use” in the Use unit setting in Machine
Setup.

[Cause] The selected head is set to “not use” in the Use unit setting in Machine Setup.

acknowledged. Check the position of jig”
[Cause] The mark on the Calibration jig for laser alignment could not be recognized. The
position at where the Calibration jig has been set may be wrong or something is
wrong with VCS.
[Treatment] Please check the jig position and see if the jig is set to be able to see the first
mark and second mark illuminations of the Calibration block from the two holes
on the jig. If the jig position is correct, then something may be wrong with VCS.
E906062 “Mark on calibration jig for laser alignment has not been

[Cause] The mark on the Calibration jig for laser alignment could not be recognized. The
position at where the Calibration jig has been installed may be wrong or
something is wrong with the vision unit.
[Treatment] Please check the position of the Calibration jig for laser alignment, which is
installed on the Calibration block. If the position is correct, then something might
be wrong with the vision unit.
