The screen printer has a specific power up and power down sequence that should be followed in order to ensure error
free performance and to ensure that data is not lost or corrupted. Switching power off and then on again is also a method
of recovering
from certain error messages.
Preparation
Whilst referring to the procedures in your machine operator manual, observe as your instructor demonstrates the correct
method of powering on, initialising and then powering off the machine.
Demonstration
⃞ Power on the machine ensuring first that the following conditions have been met:
⃞ Mains voltage is present on the machine
⃞ Compressed air is present on the machine
⃞ All circuit breakers are on
⃞ All covers are closed (and print head is down if appropriate)
⃞ All e-stops are out
⃞ Initialise the machine
⃞ Power down the machine
