7 Inspect condition of process hardware
Reference: Operator best working practices manual
Prior to using any process hardware it should inspected to ensure it is fit for function. i.e. Clean and free from damage
and it is the correct specification as defined by the process design.
Failure to do this may result in machine error messages and print defects.
Preparation
Tick off each of the following items as you complete them:

Demonstration
Given a selection of process hardware and with reference to the BWP manual perform the following actions. Tick off each
one as you complete them:
⃞ Select the appropriate hardware for the product file to be printed.
⃞ Inspect the hardware to ensure it is fit for function
⃞ Load the hardware in the machine

hardware. It is important to observe carefully at this stage any problems that may lead to error messages or defective
prints.
Preparation
Tick off each of the following items as you complete them:
