VORSICHT
Fester Sitz und kleine Öffnung!
Die Hülsen müssen beim
Festschrauben in die zugehörigen
Öffnungen gezogen werden, um einen
festen Sitz des Kameraturms auf der
Grundplatte zu gewährleisten.
Achten Sie darauf keine Kamerakabel
zu beschädigen.
► Reinigen Sie die gegenüberliegenden
Flächen am Adapter und der Grundplatte.
► Positionieren Sie die Hülsen im Adapter über
den Öffnungen in der Grundplatte.
► Setzen Sie die Schrauben ein und ziehen Sie
diese abwechselnd handfest an, bis der
Adapter fest auf der Grundplatte sitzt.

► Setzen Sie das Gehäuse vor die
Grundplatte.
► Stecken Sie die 2 Kabel an und fixieren Sie
die Kabel an den 3 markierten Stellen mit
Kabelbinder.

► Richten Sie das Gehäuse an der
Grundplatte aus und ziehen in dieser
Position alle Schrauben handfest an,
beginnend mit der mittleren Schraube oben.

► Setzen Sie die 2 rückseitigen Füße des
Systems wieder ein und ziehen Sie diese
handfest an.
► Der Umbau ist damit abgeschlossen.

1 Introduction
This Instruction describes how to convert the camera position on the SIPLACE X-Feeder
Verification System [03126186-01].
The conversion is required to verify the repeatability of the pick-up position of SIPLACE
SmartFeeder 4 mm X, 4 mm Xi, 2x8 mm Xi and 8 mm Xi. The feeders introduced later have a
shifted pick-up position by 10 mm or 11 mm, which is outside the field of view of the camera and
therefore cannot be captured by the camera.

In addition to the retrofit kit, a new calibration tool is required in order to carry out the calibration for
the newly added pick-up positions.

New X-Feeder Verification Systems [03126186-02] are already delivered with a shifted camera
position by 12 mm and a new calibration tool.
