5. ACV System
In ACV system, the data including the number of components used for
each feeder can be managed integrally in the server.
The production history and component use state can be traced by reg-
istering the ACV terminal name and the operator name.
The ACV system can be used combining the following specially de-
signed functions. For the combination, contact our marketing depart-
ment or sales agency.

The pallet with a tag memory can be used for the multi-layer tray
feeder made exclusively for such a pallet.
The data is automatically read from the tag memory or write to it
through the antenna on the traverse.
A tag memory can be attached to a pallet, making it possible for the
pallet to be used exclusively for the ACV system.

7. Outline of Actions
(1) Install the feeder for which the procedures related to "Registration
of Component Data" and "Linkage between Components and
Feeder" are completed.
Refer to the instruction manual of "ACV Terminal" for the detailed
information on "Registration of Component Data" and "Linkage be-
tween Components and Feeder".
(2) The procedure to check for wrong installation of a feeder should be
taken manually for each feeder.
The ACV data is checked for all feeders used for the current pro-
duction model. If no error is found, the machine keeps on working.
When the ACV data is checked in advance at the "ACV
Check Status" tab sheet, no checking operation is per-
formed at starting time of the machine.
When a feeder is not installed correctly on the feeder base or a
feeder has caused a component shortage error, the machine in-
dicates the error and stops running.
(3) Press the [START] button on the operation panel. The automatic
operation starts.
When an error is detected after all feeders are checked, the ma-
chine stops immediately in an error condition and an error mes-
sage is issued.
All feeders are checked before the machine is restarted ([START]
Button "ON") after all feeders are checked once completely with-
out any error being found and the automatic operation is stopped.
When the machine has stopped in an error condition due to wrong
installation of a feeder, the operation becomes available after the
feeder is correctly set in position.

When the machine is restarted, the ACV data is checked for all tray
pallets.
