1. Scope
This feature is one of the specially designed features of ACV system.
The feeder component data can be managed by reading the barcode
labels affixed on the reels for components, the tape feeders and the
pallets.
2. Function
• Check Function for Wrong Installation of Tape Feeder, Pallet
When the automatic operation is started, this function works to check
if all tape feeder, pallet and components are correctly allocated so as
to prevent any wrong installation of tape feeder, pallet.
• Component Remainder Management
The component supply time can be presumed by managing the num-
ber of remaining components at real time for each tape feeder, pallet.
(Alarm for Component Remainder)
• Tape Feeder and Pallet Management Function
(Offset Management, Pick-up Error Data Management)
This function records and manages the offset values for correcting
any deviation when the tape feeder or the pallet is set. It is also pro-
vided to record and manage any pick-up error.
