• About the “Output Prior Lane Signal” function
– Summary
• When the board data which produces same side of board is selected, the signal (LS-OUT: Lane
Select) output to the upstream machine to let it know which lane is vacant.
– Setting
• Set [Machine]-[Installation Setting]-[Output Prior Lane Signal] to “Use”.
– Details
• The LS signal output for both lanes are not performed at the same time (exclusive control).
• When the board in the wait position started being carried to the mounting position, the LS signal
output.
• The LS signal itself doesn’t allow starting transfer.
– Authorization condition of starting transfer is input of BA signal at target lane.
• The LS signal is output only when the “ADVANCED-GATE” is selected.

• About the “Pass Transfer” mode
– To execute pass transfer in the one side lane, combined board data
without the mounting information of target lane is necessary.
– If the setting of “Execute/Skip” at [Mount] tab is set “Skip”, Pass
transfer is executed in all lanes.
– In the case of using the conventional board data such as YGX
format
• When this board format is used, the one side lane becomes unused.
• When the one side lane becomes unused, the transfer signal or the
board transfer does not work.
