• KANBAN
“Input KANBAN” screen at
single lane machine.
<“Clear” button>
When the “Input KANBAN” screen is
opened, “ASSY” information now in
production is displayed.
Therefore, when you want to change the
one lane unused, please tap “Clear” button.
After that, the information such as “ASSY”
or “Program Name” becomes blank.
<Each Program Name>
The “Board Name” of each lane is displayed.
When the production is performed with in only one
lane, the board program is switched to the file of
this item.
<Board File Name>
When the “ASSY” of both lanes are input, the file name of the combined board data is displayed.
The combined board data is searched by the “Board Name” of both lanes. And it is displayed
when target board data was found.
If nothing is displayed in this item though the “ASSY” of both lanes is input, there is not the file to
change. In this condition, if OK button is tapped, an error message “Ea25690:Board data un-
registering error” is displayed.
<Note>
* There is no change in “Program List”.
* The “Board Name” corresponding to the “ASSY” and “Surface Info” is searched in the program list. Then the
combined program including the “Board Name” of both lanes is searched, and the program change is performed.
* “Lane” is added to KANBAN barcode. Please prepare the barcode as appropriate.

There is no change in operation procedure.
<Other>
In “Select Scanner” combo box at [Machine] - [Machine Information] - [Option
Setting] - [Scanner Setting], “Board Top (Lane2)” and “Board Bottom (Lane2)”
are selectable.
<Details of machine sequence>
By the “ASSY” of the board that arrived at the upper machine exit position, the
suitable board data are searched automatically.
At the following page, search direction is illustrated with examples.

<Example 1>
Program list to use and the board data which is prepared for are shown in the right
figure.
1. A board of the ASSY “AAA” arrives at exit position of Lane1 in Machine A.
2. In Machine B, the board data is switched to the board data file of “DATA_A”.
3. After that, a board of the ASSY “BBB” arrives at the exit position of Lane 2 in
Machine A.
4. In Machine B, the board data is switched to the board data file of “CMB_DATA_AB”.
The program name of ASSY “BBB” is “DATA_B”, and the production of “DATA_A” in
Lane1 is executed. Therefore switching board is executed to the board data file of
“CMB_DATA_AB”.
5. When a board of the ASSY “AAA” arrives at exit position of Lane1 in Machine A,
switching board is not executed, and carry it out to Machine B.
