• About the Board Data

– The following board data format is available at Dual Lane System.

– Combined Board Data (Combined YGX)

• This board data is used when production is performed in both lanes.

• It is the board data format that summarized two board data in one file.

• It can be made only in Y.FacT, and it is impossible to create new board

data at the machine.

– Single Board Data ( such as YGX and VIOS )

• The conventional format of the board data is available.

• This format is used in the case of the production is executed only in

one lane. On the occasion of use, it is necessary to appoint the lane to

start production (later description).

• When this board format is used, the one side lane becomes unused,

and the transfer signal or the board transfer does not work.
