CAUTION!Refer to safety instructions in user manual before commencing Mainten-

NOTICE! ESD guidelines are to be followed Tool:

T21, T37, T47

Wear Part:

W7, W16

Consumables:

1 Proceed with the head stand flat on the

table.

2 Remove all nozzles. 3 NEVER use a needle or a pointed tweez-

ers!

4 Remove the outer rubber tip. 5 Pull the inner plastic part out of the DP

drive.

6 Fit the new filter disc with your fingers and

press it in position until it engages audibly

using a plain tool.

7 Repeat step 4 to 6 for all segments. 8 Mount all nozzles.

Wear Part: Consumables:

1 Proceed with the head stand flat on the

table.

2 Plug in the hoses at the pressure regulator

valve.

3 Plug in the hose at the screwed joint.

4 Mount the PRV to the front part. NOTE the

different length of screw (1) and screw (2).

5 Tighten both screws with a torque of 0,9

Nm.

6 Press the two clips at the side and con-

nect the ribbon cable properly.
