There are two different installation variants of the vacuum pumps. This guide illustrates the in-
stallation using variant 1. Installation of variant 2 is the same. Any differences will be explicitly
indicated.

There are several versions of this support sheet:

The lower exhaust opening is in the center (5a).
This version is only designed for use with installation variant 1.
▪ Support sheet [03095110-03]
The lower exhaust opening is slightly to the right.
This version can be used with installation variants 1 and 2.

The tables show the maximum amount of necessary packages (conversion and upgrade kits) which are
required for the conversion of C&P20 A heads with vacuum operation on all gantries.
Depending on the head configuration some packages may be not necessary.
