2.5.3 Converting the nozzle changer / removing the cameras

: Remove the waste tape chute.

: Loosen the four M4 screws on the nozzle changer of each TwinHead and remove the head.

: Remove the large reject bin for the TwinHead.
: Loosen the two screws (M5) on the TwinHead reject bin mount and pull the bin out.

: Remove the body of the IC camera.
: Attach the Risk of head crash warning label to the body of the IC camera (if it is not already
attached).

: Remove the supporting frame for the IC camera from the base plate by folding it up, and then
pulling it up and out.

: Remove the fiducial plate, if present.

The fiducial plate is very heavy. 2

: Detach the IC camera cable from the connections on the base plate.
: Push the cables into the machine frame to protect them against damage.
: Loosen the four screws (M6) on the IC camera base plate and remove.

: The FC camera can be dismantled in the same way, if necessary.
: Carefully fit the nozzle changer extension.
Be careful, the extension is very fragile.
