The panel of experts was particularly impressed by the capacity-on-demand con-

cept of the SIPLACE SX. This allows entirely new, job-specific BTO production con-

cepts, and thus offers much more efficient answers to the need for increasingly

frequent product changes and massive fluctuations in demand.

The SIPLACE SX is the first placement machine in the world that allows gantries to

be installed or dismantled in just a few minutes. This concept of gantry modularity

convinced the technical committee of SMT Magazine straightaway.
