1 Brief description
This document describes the Version 705.04 SP2 software for SIPLACE® machines. The
software was developed to run the following placement machines:
– SIPLACE X2
– SIPLACE X3
– SIPLACE X4
– SIPLACE X4
– SIPLACE SX1/SX2
– SIPLACE SX4
– SIPLACE DX1/DX2
– SIPLACE DX4
Depending on the configuration, the software can be installed on one or two computers.
The following software components run on these computers:
– Graphical user interface, including SIPLACE Smart GUI
– SIPLACE Vision
– Control software
