Overall P.C.B. B.B.R. Detection Function
When there are a few unit P.C.B.'s with a bad mark and most of the
unit P.C.B.'s are of good quality, then use the overall P.C.B. B.B.R.
function.
Before a bad mark detection for each unit P.C.B., perform overall
P.C.B. B.B.R. detection. If any bad mark is not detected in overall
P.C.B. B.B.R. detection, then all the unit P.C.B.'s are regarded as
good P.C.B.'s and the unit P.C.B. B.B.R. detection is not performed.
