1. Scope
When a bad mark is placed on a multi-unit P.C.B., having the same
repetitive patterns, then this function prevents components from being
placed on that unit P.C.B. The B.B.R. detection function includes
B.B.R. detection on each unit P.C.B., as well as an overall P.C.B. B.B.R.
detection.
• B.B.R. Detection on Each Unit P.C.B.
The function detects any bad mark on each unit P.C.B. Depending
on the results, the machine automatically places or fails to place
components on the unit P.C.B.
A bad mark can be located on any position within the specified range
on a unit P.C.B.
• Overall P.C.B. B.B.R. Detection
The function also detects any bad mark on multi-unit P.C.B. Depend-
ing on the results, the machine automatically decides whether or not
there is a bad mark on each unit P.C.B.
