9.1.2 Pallet Stopper
1. 8-inch Pallet Stopper must be in contact with the OUT prevention
stopper after the pallet shifts 10 mm to the OUT- pallet loader.
2. Change pallet size from 8 to 16-inch. Adjust the interlock sensor, so it is
not interrupted when the pallet shifts 10 mm. (Positioned to 1~2 mm
from the right edge of the pallet.)
3. 16-inch Pallet Out Prevention Stopper is in contact with the OUT
prevention stopper after a 10 mm shift.

1. Adjust the pallet pushing jaw using the set screw. The jaw must be
parallel to the bracket when the cylinder is at the backward end position.
2. Adjust the forward and backward speed controller to:
Cylinder Forward : Fully open
Cylinder Backward : Fully open
Note: The Speed controllers are attached to the solenoid valve at the OUT- pallet loader box.

9.1.4 Pallet Shift Forward and Backward End Sensors
1. Press [SET] → [MANUAL] → [I/O] → [STANDARD I/O] → [OUTPUT]
and turn on Y066P. OUT PLT FWD to advance the shift.
2. Find the position where the sensor turns on and off.
3. Move the sensor 1 mm to ON direction.
4. Turn on Y067 P.OUT PLT BWD and adjust the sensor position in same
manner as forward position.
