Prepare the following tools and items necessary for maintenance.

Tweezers Used to replace ejector filters.
Grease gun Used to supply grease
Air blow tool Used for cleaning
Ultrasonic cleaner Used to clean nozzles.
Precision wrench set Used for maintenance of spline shafts.
Oil syringe for nozzle buffing Used to supply turbine oil (VG32).
Nozzle cleaning wire Used to clean nozzle holes.
Vacuum ASSY Used to clean top surface of feeder plate.

Permanent marker Used for marking when replacing conveyor belt.
